You may register for the Basketball Pro Playoff Pick'em via this website or by U.S. Mail. All U.S. Mail entries must be received by 5 p.m. PT on Friday, April 14th. All Internet entries must be received by tip-off of the final game on Sunday, April 16th to be eligible to play.

Mail entries may be sent to Basketball Pro Playoff Pick'em, c/o Head2Head Sports, 4727 E. Bell Rd., Suite 45-328, Phoenix, AZ 85032.

Registration is $12.95 per team. There is a limit of 4 entries per household.
