The Mavericks signed Grant Williams (hand) to a four-year, $54 million sign-and-trade in a three-team deal with the Celtics and Spurs on Wednesday, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.

Grant Williams underwent successful surgery on his left hand Friday and is expected to be fully recovered by training camp in the fall, Adrian Wojnarowski of NBA.com reports.

Grant Williams accumulated 14 points (4-7 FG, 4-6 3Pt, 2-2 FT), six rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal over 29 minutes during Tuesday's 116-99 victory over the Heat in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals.
