FANTASY SPORTS ASSOCIATION ANNOUNCES
INAUGURAL BOARD OF DIRECTORS

April 28, 2006 - Washington, DC - The recently created Fantasy Sports Association (FSA), a trade association dedicated to furthering the interests of fantasy sports, is proud to introduce its inaugural Board of Directors. Clay Walker, senior vice president of PLAYERS INC, the marketing arm of the NFL Players Association, will serve as Chairman.

"The Fantasy Sports Association's inaugural Board of Directors is a talented collection of industry veterans who have pioneered the success of fantasy sports," said Walker. "The FSA will leverage the Board's extensive knowledge and expertise to promote the industry and cultivate excitement from organizations wishing to capitalize on the tremendous potential of fantasy sports."
