Major League Lacrosse Joins Forces with Head2Head SportsMLL to launch fantasy league in April

Boston, MA (March 20, 2006) - Head2Head Sports and Major League Lacrosse (MLL), the premier professional outdoor lacrosse league, announced today that they have entered into a partnership to create the first fantasy lacrosse game for its fans.

The MLL fantasy league will be free of charge and play will be based on fans choosing a team of MLL players each week and scoring points based upon their on-field performance. Participant standings will be established based on the statistical output of those fantasy teams with weekly winners determined by the standings. In addition to weekly winners a grand prize will be awarded to the winner at the conclusion of the season. To make the game even more exciting to the fans, participants will play against different MLL players or celebrities during the contest. Prizes will include MLL merchandise, autographed memorabilia and unique game experiences.

"I am pumped for this because I know our fans will love to contend with celebrities, MLL players and media members," said MLL Founder Jake Steinfeld, CEO of Body by Jake Global. "This is the next best thing to being in the game and I can't wait to compete."

Fantasy play will mirror Major League Lacrosse's regular season and will run 13 weeks to crown the first MLL fantasy champion. The fantasy game will not include the playoffs. The fantasy sports market is going through a tremendous growth period with more than 15 million people participating according to the Fantasy Sports Trade Association.

"Our fans our hungry for this type of entertainment and we are excited to provide it for them free of charge and let them win great prizes," said MLL Commissioner David Gross.

The game will be available on the MLL website (www.majorleaguelacrosse.com) in mid-April, approximately one month prior to the MLL regular season start. "We are very excited to support Major League Lacrosse's first fantasy game for their fans," commented Kevin Gralen, Head2Head Sports President. "The fast growth of this league will drive tremendous participation and the intensity of the game will make for a great season long experience."
