SPORTS ENTHUSIAST MEDIA ACQUIRES LEADING FANTASY FOOTBALL COMPANY
SEM advances fantasy sports strategy with quality content company

NEW YORK, N.Y. (March 19, 2007) -- Sports Enthusiast Media, LLC ("SEM") announces the acquisition of Fantasy Football Champs to enhance their position as the destination provider of unique content and highly interactive experiences for dedicated sports enthusiasts. Fantasy Football Champs (www.fantasyfootballchamps.com) join recent SEM acquisitions StatFox and Head2Head Sports to bring in-depth content and interaction to a community of sports fans that can't satisfy their needs with the large mass-media sport sites. SEM is the latest portfolio company of the New York-based Wicks Sports Information Group.

"We continue to receive market validation that the sports enthusiast is searching for unique and high quality content that they can customize to their needs," said Brent Diamond, CEO of Sports Enthusiast Media. "The FFChamps website stands apart from all other fantasy football sites with their complete set of products to manage a fantasy football team and the ability to deliver them in a simple dashboard layout customized by the user. Additionally, we were extremely impressed with the fact that the owners and thousands of customers have over eight years of demonstrated success in winning national Fantasy Football contests using these services."

Fantasy Football Champs delivers the ultimate suite of services demanded by a Fantasy Football participant. These services are highlighted by the FFCPI, a proprietary mathematical performance index, which optimizes starting line-ups each week. Other services include the ability to track multiple fantasy teams with real-time FFCPI analysis, personalized interactive online team analysis, customized drafting cheatsheets and player rankings provided with the remainder of the season analysis. All of these services are uniquely provided in a user customized dashboard layout.

"Our partnership with Sports Enthusiast is the next logical step for our company and our subscribers," said Jon Millman, president of FFChamps. "With SEM we can significantly accelerate the development of new services that will help our players compete in their contests while we build out new distribution channels for our unique content."

ABOUT WICKS SPORTS INFORMATION GROUP

Wicks Sports Information Group ("WSI") was formed to acquire and develop niche sports information and publishing businesses to take advantage of the large and growing demand for content and data by sports enthusiasts. As its initial transaction in 2004, WSI acquired the then 110-year-old publishing company Daily Racing Form ("DRF"), the pre-eminent provider of daily editorial, past performance and breeding and sales information to the thoroughbred horseracing industry via daily and weekly print publications and their website at www.drf.com. In November 2005, WSI added the publishing assets of Sports Eye, a 41-year-old Long Island-based company that produces a variety of thoroughbred racing, harness racing and sports information publications, including College and Pro Football Weekly, Sports Form and The Platinum Sheets weekly, a college and professional basketball publication. In May 2006 WSI announced the acquisition of the production facilities of both Sports Eye and Sullivan Brothers, Inc. of Lowell, Massachusetts, which included plants in Florida, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York and New Jersey. In January 2007, WSI purchased Head2Head Sports (www.head2head.com) a leading fantasy sports contest site and StatFox (www.statfox.com) the dominant statistical sports content site. Wicks Sports Information Group and Sports Enthusiast Media are headquartered in New York City.
