HEAD2HEAD SPORTS^SM may at any time revise these Terms and Conditions for the Season Pass by updating this posting. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then current Terms and Conditions to which you are bound.

GENERAL LEGAL

ACTIVATION OF THE SEASON PASS MAY BE SUBJECT TO CREDIT APPROVAL AND REQUIRES VALID EMAIL ADDRESS AND VALID MAJOR CREDIT CARD. DEPOSIT OR PREPAYMENT MAY BE REQUIRED. Package, pricing, terms and conditions are subject to change. Receipt of the SEASON PASS package is subject to the terms of the HEAD2HEAD SPORTS SEASON PASS terms and conditions.

Season Pass Offering

To receive the Season Pass, a HEAD2HEAD SPORTS Season Pass subscription is required. There is an additional charge when any additional sport or team game is purchased that is not included in the Season Pass. The Season Pass purchase price is non-refundable. A Season Pass subscription automatically continues each year at a special renewal rate, provided HEAD2HEAD SPORTS carries these services, unless subscriber calls to cancel prior to the start of their sign-up anniversary date. The Season Pass may be purchased annually or with a designated monthly subscription amount. Only one Season Pass is available per member.

Internet Access is Required

Season Pass is available only to subscribers who can access and play the games through the internet. The Season Pass is not available to phone or mail participants.

Automated Renewal and Cancellation

When you sign up for any HEAD2HEAD SPORTS Season Pass subscription you are automatically eligible for Auto Renewal. Being eligible for Auto Renewal means that you will already be signed up for the following year at the lowest current full-season rate available. You will receive the following season of your Season Pass subscription at the designated price. Your subscription will automatically renew for the following season, provided HEAD2HEAD SPORTS carries this service.

For all annual and monthly subscription participants, any credit card payments that are not accepted by our payment merchant will immediately render all of your current teams as ineligible for prizes. Head2Head Sports will make a reasonable effort to contact you but it is your responsibility to address any payment issue within 10 business days or your account will be permanently terminated. Season Pass subscriptions cannot be canceled, transferred, refunded, or credited after you participate in your first contest with the Season Pass. In the event you desire to cancel your Season Pass, you will need to call our customer center or provide written notification via US Mail to:

You are obligated to pay for the full annual amount of your Season Pass.

Professional League Season Cancellation or Strike

In the event of any professional league season cancellation, work stoppage or player strike resulting in the cancellation by Head2Head Sports of one or more of the designated Season Pass games, there will be no refund of any Season Pass subscription fees.

Season Pass Team/Game Activation

You are responsible for your team and game activation for each contest by the designated deadlines posted on www.head2head.com. All activations and game selections must be made via the internet and can not be activated by agents in our call center. Your game and contest activations will be posted under the "My Teams" page of the web site. It is your responsibility to access "My Teams" periodically to review new team and contest registration availability.

Season Pass Package

The Season Pass includes one Complete entry for the following games and contests:

Free Trade Certificates

Season Pass subscribers have a special package of 3 Free Trade Certificates (FTCs) provided with each H2H Season Pass game team entry into our Salary Cap games, with the exception of our Playoff Salary Cap and Masters Challenge games. As a bonus, additional Complete or High Stakes teams purchased by the Season Pass subscriber into these Salary Cap games will also include 3 FTCs as well.

If the Season Pass subscriber account is disabled for any reason, or cancels the subscription during any active period of the H2H game, all FTCs will be immediately forfeited for that game. If the disabled Season Pass subscriber has signed up for a game that has not yet started, the H2H Season Pass team entry for that game will also be disabled.

Head2Head Sports excludes select games on our website with the Season Pass subscription such as The Masters Challenge, The Draft Championship Football and Head2Head Challenge games (e.g. Turkey Bowl and All-Star Challenge). It also does not include entries into High Stakes leagues for any game.

Promotions & Upgrades

Season Pass holders are not eligible for special promotional sign-up incentives that may be included during registrations for individual games. Any member may upgrade their H2H team (H2H Football, H2H Baseball, H2H Basketball, H2H Golf, H2H Racing, or H2H Hockey only) for the difference between the Season Pass and their Complete Package or Starter Package registration during the first half of the H2H regular season. After the first half of the regular season for that game registration, a member may upgrade to the Season Pass at the standard or then current promotional price for the Season Pass with the annual payment option.
